A limited number of tickets will be sold in advance. Please note that depending on the status of COVID-19 outbreaks, additional tickets may be sold at the theater during the festival.
▶How to entry the theatre.
Please come to the film theatre 20 minutes before the screening. You can entry the theater in order to reference number on Advance/Door Ticket. The seat is Non-reserved.

About COVID-19 infection
prevention measures
Please refrain from attending if any of the following apply:
- Your body temperature measures 37.5℃ (99.5℉) or higher;
You are experiencing symptoms such as a cough and/or sore throat - All attendees must wear masks. (Visitors who do not comply with our infection prevention measures may be refused entry.)
- Please understand that you may be requested to receive temperature screening and provide your contact number and/or email on the first floor of the museum before attending the festival on third floor. You may choose to provide your contact information via the “COCOA” or “KOCOTORO” apps. See below for more information.
- No entry allowed once the film starts. No standing viewers.
- Some of the doors of the theater will be kept open during the screening in order to mitigate visitors’ contact with the doors and knobs, and to help ventilation.
- Maintain a distance of at least one meter, preferably two meters from others when entering or leaving the theater.
- Please use the armrest on your left while seated.
Please be considerate of others, especially physically disabled or elderly people. - Refrain from speaking loudly in the hall, lobby, and theater, and practice proper coughing etiquette to avoid droplet transmission.
- Please use the hand sanitizer at the theater entrance.

…your body temperature measures higher than the normal (higher than 37.5℃/99.5℉). However, decisions will be based on your condition on the day, as temperature and symptoms may vary.…you have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
…you have visited any countries/regions in the previous two weeks for which entry restrictions or a quarantine period after entry are required, or you have had close contact with someone who has visited such places.
＜About COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Applications＞
- COCOA: This app uses short-range communication (Bluetooth) on smartphones to send notifications about the possibility of contact (within 1 meter for 15 minutes or more) with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, while ensuring anonymity for your privacy.
