COVID-19 Policy

The event will be held in accordance with measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.

We leave it to your discretion to wear masks in the film theater, but we will continue to implement infection control measures to avoid the three densities (dense, sealed, and close). We ask for your cooperation as follows
◎People with fever (non-contact temperature of 37.5°C or higher) will not be allowed to enter the venue.
◎Please refrain from prolonged conversations in close proximity to other guests, loud conversations, vocalizations, etc.
◎Please keep a sufficient distance (minimum 1m, maximum 2m) from customers in front of and behind you to avoid crowding when entering and exiting the venue.
◎Please sit as far apart as possible to avoid crowding or close proximity.
◎Please do not enter if you are not feeling well.
◎Please do not engage in any other activities that may increase the risk of droplet infection.
◎Please pay close attention to cough etiquette.
◎To avoid direct contact with doors and doorknobs, we may open some of the doors of the film theater for screenings to promote ventilation and avoid sealing.
*We may add or change these measures as necessary in the future. We appreciate your cooperation.
*Please note that tickets will not be refunded in the event that you are unable to attend due to the above measures.
